I have worked both as an Organisational and Clinical Psychologist for many years gaining my post-graduation (BSc Hons Occupational Psychology) experience in London where a wide range of Organisational Assessments for small, medium - sized and multi-national companies were undertaken. Following that I moved into Human Resources working in the UK and France, delivering manpower planning and design, recruitment, training, redundancy and developmental programmes at corporate senior level in a multi-national industry. I carried forward that role too for several years in Australia during the 1990s.
Over the past 10 years I have consulted mainly in the UK, becoming an expert on the Prevention and Management of Stress in the Workplace and in Coaching executives and other professionals from many different backgrounds.

Such work has covered public (MOD, NHS, Local Government) and private (financial & legal sector, local SMEs) enterprises as well radio, TV and press work. I am a Chartered Psychologist and registered in the British Psychological Society Directory of Expert Witnesses.
Practicing in the field of Clinical Psychology for over 10 years I provide an eclectic approach to focused Individual Treatment together with Organisational Development if required. Areas of clinical expertise are Stress, Trauma, Anger Management and Anxiety (Phobia) disorders where I am an experienced practitioner of EMDR, CBT and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
Based in Bath I consult widely across the UK in both the Organisational and Clinical Psychology contexts. I am employed as a partner and associate by a number of UK companies in the field - I also work in a team with other psychologists as needs be.
