As a business and organisational psychologist we commonly focus on the interactions between work-group members, leadership, management, and other aspects of task-oriented group mentality and behaviour. We aim to deliver moreeffective organisations while ensuring physically and psychologically productive and healthy lives for employees.
Focussing on the individual and the business we work in partnership with line management and/or Human Resources to provide support in leadership, employee selection, training and development, organisation development and guided change, organisational behaviour and employee motivation, and work and family issues.

Clinical Psychology
Understanding, preventing, and relieving psychologically-based distress or dysfunction and to promote subjective well-being and personal development.
We work with and assist people who have been affected by trauma or emotional discomfort; a common analogy is to liken ones emotional well-being toto that of the spine. On occasion an 'emotional vertebrae' can be pushed out of place through a “traumatic blow” or circumstance. We work together to identify these and to design a strategy for “re-alignment”.
